What is the return policy?
Eligibility & Conditions
- Timeframe: Full-priced items can be returned for an exchange within 14 days of delivery
- Condition: Items must be unused and unwashed. Returns showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
- Sale Items: All items purchased during archive sales or promotional periods are final sale. They are not eligible for a return or exchange
How to Request a Return
- Email hiya@shopcosmicmilk.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Wait for our approval. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- Your return will be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt. You will receive an email with the details of your exchange or store credit.
When will I get my order?
All orders are processed and dispatched from our Melbourne base within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
